Damaged Item Return Process
If your t-shirt or product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at contact@engineervibes.com to initiate the return process. To expedite the process, please provide the following information:

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that once a custom-designed t-shirt has been printed with your specified design, it is not eligible for return or refund unless it is damaged upon delivery.
